Jimmy Battista serves as Managing Director of Decatur Management Group, which delivers a diverse selection of mission-critical solutions to the US government, partner nations and private clients across the globe. Jimmy's responsibilities include overseeing enterprise growth, strategy, global operations, and business execution, as well overseeing the development of next-generation technologies and capabilities. 

Before starting DMG, Jimmy served in progressive leadership roles across the aerospace & defense, marine, oil & gas, and investment industries.  Jimmy specialized in strategy, planning, and deal execution with a focus on emerging / frontier markets and 'end-to-end' support to the highest levels of corporate, ultra-high-net worth family office, military, and diplomatic leadership. 

Jimmy is a Navy SEAL veteran, serving ten years on active duty, and deploying multiple times across emerging and frontier markets. 

Jimmy is a graduate of the United States Naval Academy at Annapolis and earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Rice University, Jones School of Business with a focus on energy finance. He splits time between London, UK. and Clearwater, Florida where DMG is based.
